As a qualified Foot Health Professional, I help people look after their feet and address a wide range of common foot problems. My role includes the routine care and management of issues such as corns, calluses, ingrown toenails, verrucas, fungal nails, and cracked heels — all with the aim of improving your comfort and mobility.

Although you may have heard the term chiropodist, this is now considered a ‘grandfathered’ title in the UK. Modern Foot Health Professionals receive dedicated training in practical foot care but are not registered chiropodists or podiatrists.

Similarly, a podiatrist is a regulated healthcare professional with a different scope of practice, often diagnosing and treating more complex conditions that may require surgical or medical interventions.
