Hello! I'm April – your friendly neighbourhood Foot Health Professional.
Originally from sunny San Diego, California, I've swapped flip-flops for wellies and now call Windsor home, where I live with my very English husband (tea, biscuits, and sarcasm included).
I’m passionate about helping people put their best foot forward – quite literally. Whether you're dealing with pesky corns, calluses, or just in need of a good toenail tidy-up, I'm here to keep your feet happy, healthy, and ready for whatever the day throws at them.
I trained at the SMAE Institute in Maidenhead, UK, where I was awarded the Dip FH (Diploma in Foot Health) with Distinction. This qualification is gained through the successful completion of both detailed theoretical study and supervised clinical training, ensuring practitioners are well prepared to provide safe, effective foot care.
I am also a member of recognised professional organisations within the foot health profession:
MCFHP – Member of the College of Foot Health Professionals
This membership reflects my commitment to maintaining high standards of practice and being part of a professional community that supports foot health practitioners.
